6. Intellectual Property

• Templates: Downloaded templates may be used in your own projects and organizations. You may not resell or redistribute unmodified templates.
• AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools (Forge, Form Builder, etc.) belongs to you once generated. We retain no ownership over your outputs.

7. User Content

When you submit content to IdeaPlan (e.g., idea submissions, story submissions, form responses), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content and can request its removal at any time by contacting us.

8. AI Tools and Services

Our AI-powered tools (including Forge, Deck Doctor, Form Builder, Loop, and others) are provided as productivity aids.

• AI outputs are generated suggestions and should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before relying on it
• AI features may have usage limits based on your subscription tier
